Karen Helen Kovalchick, 53, of South Benbrook Road, Butler, waived to court driving under the influence and turning lane charges filed by state police July 25.

Brooke Nicole Larocca, 22, of Corapolis waived to court driving under the influence and careless driving charges filed by state police Sept. 5.

Jessica Beth Sobah, 21, of Cooper Road, Slippery Rock, waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by state police Nov. 14.

Heather Marie Brannen, 21, of Harmony waived to court driving under the influence, turning lane and careless driving charges filed by state police Nov. 29.

Mady Makadji, 22, of Philadelphia waived to court driving under the influence, unregistered vehicle and driving the wrong way charges filed by state police Dec. 11.

Rusty William Salsibury, 38, of Moraine Drive, Portersville, waived to court simple assault, harassment, and criminal trespassing charges filed by state police Dec. 26. An aggravated assault charge was withdrawn.
