Jane and Jerry Hornyak

Jerry and Jane Hornyak of Valencia will celebrate 50 years of marriage with a family dinner.

The former Jane Hensel married Hornyak on July 30, 1956, at Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church.

They have three children, Jerry Hornyak of Chillicothe, Ohio; Albert Hornyak of Walnutport; and Jane Roth of Valencia. They also have six grandchildren.

Hornyak worked at Penn-DOT for 33 years, retiring as manager.

Mrs. Hornyak is retired from Kelly Chevrolet, where she worked as a bookkeeper for 19 years.

The couple belongs to Holy Sepulcher Roman Catholic Church.
