Tony Lapina and David Denk, two of the defendants in a lawsuit against residents and groups opposed to the Middlesex Township gas drilling ordinance, attended a hearing Thursday in the Butler County Courthouse on that case. A Page 1 story in Friday’s Butler Eagle was incorrect about who attended the hearing.
