Beck

Carl Beck, 79, of Butler, was reunited with his wife, Sharon Beck, and son, Carl Beck Jr., when he was called home on Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023.

He was born in Butler, on June 12, 1944, to the late Paul and Dorothy (Vogel) Beck.

He served his country honorably in the U.S. Air Force and Army Reserves. Carl worked various jobs around the country until he settled back in Butler.

Carl is survived and loved by his twin sister Carol; daughter, Brandy (Christian); son, Christopher (Sharon); stepchildren, Michael, Shirley and Tonda; brother-in-law, Tom Cooksie; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Sharon; son, Carl Jr., two sisters; a brother; and other loved ones who have gone before him. Carl will be remembered for making people laugh. Treasured in our hearts until we meet again.

BECK — Burial for Carl Beck, who died Saturday, Nov. 4, 2023, was held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
