CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

Jacqueline Thi Nguyen, 37, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Nov. 21 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Wayne P. Scholar, 40, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 22 by the Cranberry Township police with writing bad checks.

Shelia Soos, 39, of Freedom, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, recklessly endangering another person, endangering the welfare of children and fleeing or attempting to elude officers.

Mary Jo Conner, 22, of Baden, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged Feb. 14 by Butler County detectives with two counts each of conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.

Robert Michael Kappas, 51, of Wexford, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely, failing to obey turning movements and required signals, speeding and careless driving.

Laura Louise Kuzma, 20, of South Heights, Allegheny County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 9 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Gabrielle M. Summerville, 21, of Monaca, Beaver County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 9 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bowser, 19, of Butler was held for court on charges of access device fraud, conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property, filed June 4.Randall L. Burbick Jr., 19, of Hermitage, Mercer County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, driving too fast for conditions, underage drinking and open container violation, filed April 30.Christine Sue Cousins, 22, of Kittanning waived to court charges of retail theft and conspiracy, filed May 25.Justin Michael Green, 25, of Butler waived to court 15 counts each of theft by deception and bad checks, filed May 24.Mandi Jo Hicks, 27, of Farrell, Mercer County, waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed May 14.Justin F.
