Edwards

Christopher L. Edwards, 30, of 102 Cherry Road, Chicora, died Tuesday evening at UPMC Shadyside hospital in Pittsburgh.

Born March 14, 1980, in Kittanning, he was the son of Lueann Edwards and Jock J. Mills.

He was a 1998 graduate of Karns City High School and a member of the Slippery Rock Baptist Church.

His favorite activity was bowling.

Surviving are his son, Brayden Edwards at home; his mother, Lueann Edwards of Chicora; his grandparents, Darlene and Lawrence Wetzell of Chicora; his aunts and uncles, Mary and Carl Ekas of Chicora and Richard and Tammy Edwards of Karns City; six cousins, Nicole Ekas, Carl Ekas, Richard Edwards Jr., Shawn Edwards, Nicolas Edwards and Cassandra Edwards; and great-aunts and great-uncles, Sara and Harold Powell of Cleveland, Ohio, Monica and Ron Claypool and their daughter, Katie, all of Butler, Glenda and Ken Yurga of Eau Claire, Linda and Arthur Bergbigler of Chicora and Phyllis Mechling of Chicora.

<B>Edwards </B>—<B> </B>Friends of Christopher L. Edwards, who died Tuesday, Oct. 26, 2010, will be received at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Pastor David Barnhouse will officiate.
