SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Shawn Beightley, 32, of Butler waived to court charges of accidents involving damage to an attended vehicle, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, failure to give information or render aid after a crash, failure to immediately notify police of an accident, and illegally abandoning a vehicle, filed April 20 by state police.

Michael Blystone, 41, of Valencia was held for court on charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed July 23 by state police.

Renee Caggiano, 20, of St. Mary's, Elk County, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed July 5 by state police. She was sentenced to pay $338.50 in fines and court costs.

Wayne Johnson, 24, of Cabot was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed June 5 by state police.

Laura Rankin, 24, of Conway, Beaver County, waived to court charges of conspiracy and theft filed Dec. 12 by Buffalo Township police.

Robert Ruediger, 37, of Sarver waived to court charges of hindering apprehension, obstructing the administration of law, disorderly conduct and impersonating a public servant, filed April 20 by state police.

Tine Weis, 26, of St. Marys pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed July 5 by state police. She was sentenced to pay $338.50 in fines and court costs.

Leann Wendel, 23, of St. Marys waived to court charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, conspiracy, and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed July 5 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Adrienna Beachem, 42, of West Sunbury pleaded guilty to charges of false identification to law enforcement authorities and driving with a suspended license, filed June 30. She was ordered to pay $693 in fines and court costs.Floyd Kerry Jr., 47, of Hillliards waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed May 17.Sarah Kichler, 24, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of driving under the influence and speeding, filed April 3.Andy Large, 30, of Butler pleaded guilty to a theft charge filed June 26. He was ordered to pay $935 in restitution, fines and court costs.Jamie Ruggles, 20, of Sarver waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and conspiracy, filed May 3.Terry Shields, 33, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, driving on the wrong side of the road, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving, and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 21.Jeremy Whittington, 29, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance filed April 4. He was ordered to pay $630 in fines and court costs.
