Man accused of soliciting sex at Cranberry Township Wendy’s
A 47-year-old man was accused of offering a Wendy’s employee $200 in exchange for participating in sexual acts, according to charges filed by Cranberry Township police.
Todd J. Curtin, of Evans City, was charged Friday, Oct. 13, with felony promoting prostitution and misdemeanor corruption of minors following the incident Oct. 8.
Police said Curtin was seated in the fast-food restaurant’s dining room around 6:30 p.m. on that day as a male employee was cleaning the dining room.
Documents showed Curtin began a conversation with the employee, who is a teenager, and offered him $200 for explicit sexual acts.
The employee reported the solicitation to the restaurant manager, according to police.
Curtin’s preliminary hearing has not yet been scheduled.
