Linda L. Bloch, 66, of Mars, formerly of Bethlehem, Pa., and Long Island, N.Y., died Sunday evening at Valencia Woods in Valencia.

Born in Bayshore, N.Y., May 28, 1945, she was the daughter of Robert William and Eleanor Louise White Byron.

Linda was a school teacher for the Sachem Central School District in Holbrook, N.Y.

Surviving are her husband, William G. Bloch, who she married Aug. 7, 1966; three daughters, Tara Voigt and her husband, Christopher, of Vienna, Va., Heidi Hodge and her husband, Darrell, of Newark, Del., and Katherine Pettigrew and husband, Jeff, of Mars; and a brother, Robert William Byron Sr., of Bethlehem. Also surviving are nine grandchildren.
