EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Vicky Hlinka, 46, of Zelienople waived her case to court. She was charged May 3 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.

Thomas Gregory Baker, 43, of Butler, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 3 by the Jackson Township police with simple assault, two counts of harassment and simple assault.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Jason Thomas Walczak, 25, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged Feb. 28 by Butler County detectives with conspiracy to manufacture/deliver/possess with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and two counts of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics.Donald Wayne Dobson, 36, of Conway, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, occupational limited license, operating a vehicle without a valid inspection and driving with a blood-alcohol level .02 or greater while license is suspended.Timothy Charles Welsh, 18, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.Daniel Walter Rice, 18, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.Steven Robert Nickel, 43, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 4 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Justin George Waldschmidt, 18, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 25 by the Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with no headlights.Tyler Robert Oehmler, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Robert T. Sheehan, 29, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court.
