EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

Gerald Allan Buck, 52, of Cabot waived his case to court. He was charged May 11 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, careless driving, reckless driving, giving false information to law enforcement officers and driving with an obstructed window.

Joshua Frank Inklovich, 30, of Ambridge, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged May 5 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

Jason Wagner, no age available, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged June 15 by the Jackson Township police with three counts of defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.

Jody Renee Esser, 26, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged May 17 by the Adams Township police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Daniel James Cummins, 53, of Fombell, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 13 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to obey turning movements and required signals and disregard of traffic lane.

Tom R. Rounce, 35, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged July 9 by the Mars police with simple assault, harassment and two counts of disorderly conduct.

Allen M. Gruver, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged April 24 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance and making an improper stop.

Eric M. Wenzel, 38, of Slippery Rock waived his case to court. He was charged May 19 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, failure to keep right and careless driving.

Ashley Nichole Marsano, 20, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County, waived her case to court. She was charged Jan. 20 by Butler County detectives with two counts each of manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

CRANBERRY TWP —- District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Jean Michelle Hammond, 40, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. She was charged June 21 by the Cranberry police with attempted acquisition or obtaining of possession of a controlled substance, 10 counts of acquisition or obtaining of possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, receiving stolen property, 10 counts of forgery, conspiracy to commit acquisition or obtaining of possession of a controlled substance by misrepresentation, fraud, forgery, deception or subterfuge and conspiracy to commit insurance fraud.Ian Mullen, 28,of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 11 by the Cranberry police with conspiracy to commit retail theft and retail theft.Frank A. Rice, 21, of Evans City waived his case to court. He was charged June 7 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving an unregistered vehicle.John Goettman, 26, of Rochester, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged June 20 by the Cranberry Township police with conspiracy to commit retail theft, retail theft, receiving stolen property, possession of a controlled substance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.
