1:57 a.m. Sunday — Camron Lee Mariotti, 19, of Fenelton was arrested for driving under the influence on North Main Street. Police said Mariotti also was cited for DUI while a minor, underage drinking and careless driving.6:30 p.m. Friday — Four people were cited in connection with a fight near Chestnut and Birch streets. Charged with disorderly conduct are Tony Beck, 36, Tamala Harris, 35, Robert Lee Jenkins, 53, and Dean Krelko, 48, all of Butler.Jenkins, police said, also is charged with possession of a prohibited offensive weapon. Police identified the weapon as a sword.
4:05 p.m. Sunday — Ana Teresa Racic, 27, of Avalon, Allegheny County, was arrested for allegedly shoplifting $1,853 in clothing items from the Wal-Mart on Route 19 in Cranberry Township.A store security officer told police he watched Racic for more than three hours remove clothing items and place them into shopping bags. The security officer stopped her in the exit lobby.District Judge Sue Haggerty arraigned the suspect on a first-degree misdemeanor count of retail theft. Following arraignment, Racic was placed in the Butler County Prison on $2,000 bail.
Friday — Someone fired a paintball gun at a Clearview Mall security vehicle at the Route 8 mall in Center Township. The vandalism occurred between 2:30 and 5:30 a.m.3:07 p.m. Thursday — A car driven by Kevin G. Reeves Jr., 23, of Chicora struck the rear of another car at Route 8 and Mercer Road in Center Township. Denise A. Sheridan, 55, of Slippery Rock, the other driver who was stopped at a red light, was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital with a minor injury.Police said Reeves faces a ticket for careless driving.2:34 p.m. Wednesday — Robert Aaron Kline, no age given, of Valencia was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence at Route 8 and Old Route 8 in Middlesex Township.
10:02 p.m. Thursday — Elizabeth K. Stover, 45, of Sarver was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence on Route 28 in Buffalo Township, Butler County.State Police, Mercer5:53 a.m. Friday — A pickup truck driven by Rodney J. Hawk, 40, of Mercer struck a deer on Route 258 near Millburn Road in Springfield Township.
