Troy Hughes
Troy D. Hughes, 53, of Hooker, passed away Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, at Butler Memorial Hospital.
Born on July 18, 1970, in Grove City, Troy was the son of Richard D. Hughes and Brenda K. (Rankin) Hughes.
Troy was a member of the Chicora Masonic Lodge 540 where he was a two time Past Master. He was a member of many other Masonic organizations as well and was the owner and operator of Hughes Autobody. He was an avid car lover.
Troy was a fun-loving person who enjoyed life to the fullest. He was a joy to be around and will be loved and missed by everybody.
Troy is survived by his wife, Keri M. (Wise) Hughes, whom he married on Feb. 14, 2014; his parents, Richard and Brenda; his fur babies, Laszlo and Oden; one sister, Amy (Jim) Grossman, of New Hope; and several nieces and nephews.
HUGHES — Family and friends of Troy D. Hughes, who died Friday, Aug. 4, 2023, will be received from 1 to 3 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday Aug. 6, 2023 at WILLIAM F. YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 132 Main St., West Sunbury.
Funeral and Masonic services will be held at 7 p.m. at the funeral home with funeral services by Pastor Kenneth Hughes. Interment will be private.
