Earl Sproull Fleeger, 85, of Dunedin, Fla., passed away Wednesday, July 5, 2023, at Manor Care Health Services in Dunedin, Fla.

He was born March 14, 1938, in Butler, the son of the late Ross and Cora (McCall) Fleeger.

Earl had worked as a school crossing guard for the Clearwater Police Department.

Surviving are his brother, Allen E. Fleeger, of Palm Harbor, Fla.; his sister, Janet DeLair, of Butler; four nephews; and two nieces.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lee Fleeger.

FLEEGER — Friends of Earl Sproull Fleeger, who died Wednesday, July 5, 2023, will be received from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at noon Wednesday at YOUNG FUNERAL HOME, 127 W. Jefferson St., Butler.

Private burial in the West Sunbury Union Cemetery.
