BUFFALO TWP — Freeport Senior High School will present “Legally Blonde, the Musical” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday and at 2 p.m. Sunday at the middle school auditorium, 629 S. Pike Road.

Tickets are $11, $7 for senior citizens, and available online at www.ticketpeak.com/fhs.

Thomas Koharchik is the director and producer.

Chaz Shipman is the pit orchestra director, and Elizabeth Surgil is the choreographer with Sara Sypulski as the assistant choreographer.

A fun, award-winning musical based on the movie, “Legally Blonde The Musical,” follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams.

Woods appears to have it all. Her life is turned upside down when her boyfriend Warner dumps her so he can attend Harvard Law. Determined to get him back, Elle charms her way into the prestigious law school.

While there, she struggles with peers, professors and her ex. With the support of some new friends, though, Elle quickly realizes her potential and sets out to prove herself to the world.
