Mary Lett
Mary Suellen (Lehner) Lett, 82, of South Park, passed away on Monday, July 3, 2023. She was the only child of the late LaVerne L. and Helen I. (McKinney) Lehner.
Suellen was the loving wife of Richard Lett, with whom she spent 51 years; beloved mother of Richele (Jay) Orn, Charlene (David) Morris, and Stephanie (John) Branch; and grandma to Zachary and Alexander Orn, Maxton Morris, and Saoirse Branch.
She grew up in East Brady. Suellen attended Clarion University and obtained her bachelor’s in elementary education, with a minor in art.
Suellen was an elementary school teacher in the Butler School System for nine years. After marrying her husband Richard, she substituted in the Pittsburgh area.
She had a flair for art and was very artistically creative. She was an avid collector of antiques and loved to attend performing arts events.
LETT — Friends and family of Mary Suellen (Lehner) Lett, who died Monday, July 3, 2023, will gather from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday as well as from noon to 2 and 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday at PAUL HENNEY CREMATION & FUNERAL TRIBUTES, 5570 Library Road, Bethel Park.
Another visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday, July 10, 2023, at BUECHELE FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, 707 Kellys Way, East Brady.
A Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11 a.m. Monday at St. Eusebius Roman Catholic Church, 301 E. 2nd St., East Brady.
Interment will follow at St. Eusebius Cemetery.
