3:48 a.m. Monday — A car driven by Alfredo P. Borja, 37, of East Brady struck a utility pole at the intersection of East Jefferson and Kittanning streets.2:01 a.m. May 15 — Jeffrey Kyles-Edge, 33, of Chicora was charged with driving under the influence after the SUV he was driving allegedly struck at least three vehicles parked along Oak and North Elm streets. Kyles-Edge also allegedly fled the scene of the accidents on foot.

4 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Joyce E. Pelino, 57, of Meadville and a van driven by Tom Polk, 72, of Slippery Rock collided on Interstate 79 in Cranberry Township. Pelino suffered moderate injuries, and Tom Polk and his passenger, Mary A. Polk, 69, of Slippery Rock, suffered minor injuries. Pelino was cited for driving on roads laned for traffic.8:30 a.m. May 15 — Tracy L. Rusak, 28, of Boyers was charged with DUI-prescription drugs after the Jeep she was driving veered off Herman Road in Summit Township and rolled onto its roof.
