Veronica A. Wilbert, 74, of Shuler Road in Fenelton died Wednesday at Butler Memorial Hospital.

She was born May 14, 1934, in Clearfield Township, a daughter of the late Harry S. Snyder Sr. and the late Clara Nugent Snyder.

Veronica was a homemaker, a mother and a grandmother, and she was a member of St. John Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville.

Her husband, Carl L. Wilbert, who she married May 11, 1957, preceded her in death Feb. 1, 2004. Three brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.

Surviving are four sons and their wives, Neal and Sandy Wilbert of Fenelton, Brian and Beth Wilbert of Fenelton, Roger and Laura Wilbert of Butler and Kevin and Judy Wilbert of Chicora; two daughters and their husbands, Clara and Ronald Criley of Fenelton and Karen and Donald Trimbur of Cabot; four brothers, Charles V. Snyder of Butler and J. Joseph Snyder, Leo E. Snyder and Thomas A. Snyder, all of Fenelton; and two sisters, Theresa Snyder and Margaret Graham, both of Fenelton. Seven grandsons, seven granddaughters and many nieces and nephews also survive her.

<B>WILBERT </B>— Friends of Veronica A. Wilbert, who died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008, will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, 201 E. Cunningham St. A Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday at St. John Roman Catholic Church in Coylesville with Father Kenneth Kezmarsky, pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in St. John's Cemetery.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
