Julia T. Roberts
Julia T. Roberts, 87, of Butler died Friday evening.
Born Sept. 1, 1920, in McKees Rocks, she was a daughter of Stephen A. and Theresa M. Matis Lipnichan.
She was a member of the St. Peter Roman Catholic Church.
Surviving are a son, James M. Roberts of Pittsburgh; two sisters, Margaret Lipnichan and Josephine (Maurice) Chilcott, both of Butler; a brother, Richard (Joyce) Lipnichan of Bruin; and a sister-in-law, Barbara Lipnichan of Bruin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Roberts; four brothers; and two sisters.
<B>Roberts </B>— There will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian burial for Julia T. Roberts, who died Friday, June 27, 2008, will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the St. Peter Roman Catholic Church, 127 Franklin St. The Rev. Pierre Falkenhan will officiate. Burial will follow at the Butler County Memorial Park cemetery.The Women's Council of St. Peter will recite the rosary at 10:40 a.m. Tuesday at the church.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
