Once again, the middle class has to pay more to allow others to pay less. Our president has decided that middle class citizens with good credit will pay an extra 1-and-a-half% on top of the already high interest rate to get a mortgage so that those with poor credit and less money can secure a mortgage paying 1-and-a-half% below the going interest rate.

That means that someone who has worked and paid their bills on time is being punished for doing so, while those who have not are being rewarded. I hope people see that this is the beginning of socialism.
