Estella L. "Stella" Wolenski, 92, formerly of Whitestown Road in Lyndora, died Thursday at the Bendview Personal Care Home in Herman.

She was born April 28, 1916, in Butler, a daughter of the late Adam Zabicki and the late Barbara Ostawitz Zabicki Seezox.

Stella was a homemaker and mother.

Her husband, John Wolenski, preceded her in death Feb. 25, 1982.

Surviving are two daughters, Diane Selfridge of Los Angeles, and Carol Paeper of San Diego; a brother, Edward Zabicki of Butler; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

A brother and four sisters preceded her in death.

"Stella" Wolenski, who died Thursday, Aug. 21, 2008, were held at the <B>Geibel Funeral Home</B>, Butler.
