Store Remains Up for Grabs
No one bid on the vacant building at 101 S. Main St., which is the former Eckerd Drug store, during a sheriff’s auction sale Friday. The lack of bidders means the building will remain with the bank which has its rights, IB Property Holdings, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s office. The building, which is registered to James Klutinoty, has a mortgage balance of about $390,000, including interest.
