REGIONRachael Mellor of Grove City is hosting a “Rockin’ to a Record” concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday at the Barrow-Civic Theater, 1223 Liberty St., Franklin. Mellor graduated from Slippery Rock High School in 2001. She plays pop music and will be debuting a new song at the concert. The event is to raise money so Mellor can go to Nashville to record a CD. Also performing will be Tammi Dahl, Lisa Cook, Casey McVay and Nathaniel Licht. Dancers from Clarion University will perform. Tickets are $15.
