Kevin Chatary, 30, of Butler was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed July 10 by state police.
Joshua Erdner, 26, of Bakerstown, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Aug. 4 by Middlesex Township police.
Kenneth Gibson, 38, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving and a lane violation, filed Aug. 127 by state police.
Jessica Kutsch, 22, of Sarver pleaded guilty to charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed July 20 by state police. She was ordered to pay $388.50 in fines and court costs.
Scott Muehlbronner, 43, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived to court charges of DUI and not using turn signals, filed Jan. 6 by Middlesex Township police.
Keith Stark II, 23, of New Kensington, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct, filed May 1 by state police. He was ordered to pay $223 in fines and court costs.
Douglas Tomasello, 37, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, a lane violation, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 10 by state police.
John Volk, 51, of New Kensington waived to court a charges of reckless endangerment filed April 25 by state police.
John Weinel IV 26, of Valencia was held for court on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Aug. 4 by Middlesex Township police.
Ronald Wojcik, 28, of Ford City, Armstrong Count, was held for court on charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, filed June 26 by state police.
BUTLERTWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:Christina Antanitis, 30, of Renfrew waived her hearing on charges of retail theft, driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Aug. 30.Adam Bowers, 21, of Lyndora waived to court charges of furnishing alcohol to minors and contributing to the delinquency of a minor, filed Aug. 21.Todd Cable Sr., 35, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and harassment, filed July 24. He was ordered to pay $338.50 in fines and court costs.Damien Cahall, 20, of Pittsburgh was held for court on charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from operating with any alcohol in their system, and underage drinking, filed Aug. 15 by Butler County Community College police.Richard Connolly, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed Aug. 16. He was ordered to pay $643.50 in fines and court costs.
CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Linda Callen, 27, of Grove City waived to court charges of driving under the influence, making an illegal turn, unlawful activities and not wearing a seat belt, filed Aug. 10.Fermin Cruz, 50, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, failure to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed June 6.Debra Kerr, 33, of Mercer waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 28.Michael Tiche, 53, of Hilliards was held for court on charges of DUI, failure to yield, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 26.Andrew Skunda III, no age given, of Chicora pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks in a private complaint filed Aug. 18 by Thomas Garing. He was ordered to pay $1,060 in restitution, fines and court costs.
