Wednesday — Police listed Jennifer Jo Cole, 35, of Connoquenessing as a missing person. Cole's mother told investigators that her daughter had last been seen about 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Emlenton area.Cole is reportedly on medication and her health could be in danger if she goes without her prescription.Police said Cole was last seen driving her gold Mercury Sable with the Pennsylvania license plate ESS-0679. The woman at the time was wearing blue jeans, a green T-shirt, a black, hooded sweatshirt and sneakers.Anyone with information on Cole's whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-284-8100.Wednesday — Police filed charges against four men for allegedly committing lewd and lascivious acts at Moraine State Park in Muddy Creek Township.The arrests Wednesday followed a joint investigation by the state police vice unit and park and state rangers.Jeffrey L. Villanueva, 38, of Niles, Ohio, is accused of exposing his genitals to an undercover police officer about 4:40 p.m. June 11 in a public bathroom in the park's South Shore area, according to court documents.Villanueva told investigators, a police affidavit said, that he traveled to the park "in hopes of meeting someone and participating in some type of anonymous sexual contact."Police said they also found the defendant with a small plastic bag containing suspected marijuana. Villanueva is charged with indecent exposure, open lewdness, disorderly conduct, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.Also Wednesday around the same time, three other men allegedly propositioned an undercover officer for various sex acts. Cited for disorderly conduct were Jess R. Bohrer, 35, of Butler; Charles P. Mannich Jr., 59, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County; and Dennis G. Szakelyhidi, 57, of Ellwood City, Lawrence County.
