SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Laura Ann Battaglia, 42, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 3 by state police. Battaglia was ordered to pay $421.50 in fines and court costs.
Patrick W. Beatty, no age given, of Lower Burrell, Westmoreland County, was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 8 in a private complaint by Glassmere Fuel Services.
Jennifer L. Binner, 45, of Freeport waived to court charges of driving under the influence and careless driving, filed Dec. 10 by Buffalo Township police.
Jack A. Breaux, 52, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 3 by state police
Tiffany Ann Breaux, 32, of Valencia waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed Feb. 3 by state police.
Justin A. Foley, 32, of Renfrew waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Dec. 26 by state police.
Justin M. Guerriero, 18, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of DUI and minors prohibited from driving with an alcohol in their system, filed Jan. 10 by Middlesex Township police.
Linda Hoehn, 51, of Gibsonia was held for court on a charge of bad checks, filed Jan. 28 by Middlesex Township police.
Adam K. Kaminski Jr., 28, of Sarver waived to court charges of DUI, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed Nov. 20 by Buffalo Township police.
Brandon M. Geist, 29, of East Butler waived to court two counts each of disseminating sexual material to a minor, corruption of minors and harassment, filed Feb. 7 by state police.
Patrick M. Knights, 23, of Evans City waived to court charges of DUI, driving an unregistered vehicle, failing to keep right and driving too fast for conditions, filed Jan. 29 by state police.
Dennis M. Mitchell, 57, of Freeport waived to court charges of DUI and disobeying traffic control devices, filed Jan. 9 by Buffalo Township police.
Christopher J. Rossi, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed Jan. 30 by Middlesex Township police.
Robert J. Turney, 41, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI, driving with a suspended license, a lane violation and driving too fast for conditions, filed Nov. 14 by state police
Edward D. Veltoven, 47, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and failing to keep right, filed Jan. 10 by Penn Township police.
