CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Devin A. Brain, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license, careless driving, running a stop sign, a lane violation and a seat belt violation, filed Jan. 5.

Nicole E. Brown, 29, of Butler waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 9.

Rachel C. Chamberlain, 40, of Harrisville was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, disregarding traffic lanes, driving without valid inspection and failing to notify authorities of a change of name or address, filed Nov. 8.

Adam J. Compton, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct and failing to notify authorities of a change of address, filed Sept. 18.

Adam H. Dinsmore, 28, of Dayton, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property, theft from a vehicle and criminal mischief, filed Oct. 28.

Robert J. Duffield, 31, of Prospect waived to court charges of burglary, trespass, theft and receiving stolen property, filed Dec. 9.

Walter S. Kradel, 33, of Butler waived to court a charge of theft, filed March 3. Kradel, in a separate case filed Jan. 14, pleaded guilty to a charge of defiant trespass, He was ordered to pay $259.50 in fines and court costs.

John P. Lucas II, 21, of Zelienople waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving, failing to keep right and disregarding traffic lanes, filed Feb. 10.

Timothy A. Montgomery, 48, of Worthington, Armstrong County, waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Dec. 24.

Candise S. Morrison, 31, of Grove City waived to court a charge of reckless endangerment, filed Feb. 3.

Wayne Nagle, 59, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Jan. 10.

Thomas J. Nagy, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Feb. 3.

Sharon L. Parson, 35, of Prospect waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 10.

Robert T. Schriver, 35, of Saxonburg waived to court charges of DUI and careless driving, filed Dec. 11.

District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:Jena Leigh Nowry, 29, of Ambridge waived her case to court. Police on Feb. 11 charged her with conspiracy, identity theft, organized retail theft and receiving stolen property.William J. Swank III, 23, of Plum had his case held to court. Police on April 5 charged him with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.Jared Adam Pakler, 35, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 11 charged him with identity theft, retail theft, receiving stolen property and organized retail theft.Bridget V. Coughenour, 32, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Feb. 18 charged her with conspiracy, organized retail theft, retail theft and receiving stolen property.Kimi Danielle Istik, 29, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Feb. 19 charged her with retail theft.Jennifer Lynn Charles, 41, of Mars waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 14 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Nicholas Petrulo, 37, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on Feb. 18 charged him with organized retail theft, conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property.Christopher Prescott Rowoth, 27, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 16 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.Jennifer Lynn Martell, 23, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on Feb. 20 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.James Albert Sopher Sr., 61, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Jan. 16 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.Debora A. Wood, 52, of Wexford waived her case to court. Police on Nov. 15 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.Daniel William Barr, 25, of Leetsdale waived her case to court. Police on Jan. 10 charged her with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Thomas Pieri, 31, of New Galilee waived his case to court.
