BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Patricia Boyd, 39, of Lyndora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving without insurance and without required lighting, and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 23 by state police,
Steven Cline, 20, of Lyndora was held for court on charges of theft and receiving stolen property, filed Feb. 7 by Butler Township police. Cline, in a separate case, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township. He was ordered to pay $545 in fines and court costs.
Philip Crouse Jr., 31, of Sarver waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault and reckless driving, filed Feb. 11 by Butler Township police.
Jesse Gardner, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and driving too fast for conditions, filed Jan. 9 by Butler Township police.
Rebecca Gonzalez, 23, of Bethel Park, Allegheny County waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault, possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless driving, filed Feb. 11 by Butler Township police.
Charles Hamilton, 26, of Butler waived to court six counts each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, and a charge of conspiracy, filed Jan. 19 by state police.
Leanne Hamilton, 27, of Butler waived to court six counts each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, and a charge of conspiracy, filed Jan. 19 by state police.
Walter Hamilton, 28, of Butler waived to court 12 counts of bad checks, six counts each of forgery, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, and a charge of conspiracy, filed Jan. 19 by state police.
Chelsea Hockenberry, 19, of Harmony waived to court charges of forgery, theft, receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 24 filed by Butler Township police.
Lee McKain, 30, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding, driving without insurance and with a suspended license, filed Jan. 22 by Butler Township police.
Jason Porter, 27, of Portersville was held for court on charges of forgery, theft, receiving stolen property, possessing instruments of crime, driving with a suspended license, and driving without a license and without valid registration, filed Feb. 24 filed by Butler Township police.
Jerad Soose, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, careless driving, and an open container violation, filed Jan. 29 by Butler Township police.
William Sutton, 62, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Oct. 19 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $238.50 in fines and court costs.
CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Dustin C. Aiken, 22, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 6 by Cranberry Township police with three counts of disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.Matthew Murphy, 31, of Gibsonia, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Dec. 19 by Cranberry Township police with three counts of writing bad checks.Matthew Crowley Engel, 41, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 18 by Cranberry Township police with simple assault and harassment.Brian Patrick Farren, 32, of Cranberry Township waived two separate cases to court. He was charged June 3, 2006, by Cranberry Township police with possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness. He was also charged July 26, 2006, by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, use of an improper class of license, disregard of traffic lane and not wearing proper headgear on motorcycle.Jared Thomas Bartlett, 25, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 5 by Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Chad Schooley, 20, of Harmony waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 23 by Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Randall Donatelli, 24, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with use/possession of drug paraphernalia.Matthew M. Franciscus, 24, of Milvale, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Jan. 16 by Cranberry Township police with accidents involving death or personal injury, accident involving damage to attended vehicle, accidents involving death or injury while not properly licensed, reckless driving, failing to drive at safe speeds and driving with a suspended license.
