CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:
Edward Buffington, 51, of Butler waived to court charges of terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, filed Aug. 20.
Kristine Caldwell, 21, of Butler waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and retail theft, filed July 27.
Todd Cypher, 17, of Fenelton was held for court on charges of simple assault and harassment, filed July 26.
Patrick Duncan, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of escape, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief, filed Aug. 4.
Kristopher Johns, 20, of Chicora waived to court charges of driving under the influence, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed July 10.
Nicholas Oesterling Jr., 22, of Butler waived to court charges of theft by deception, forgery and access device fraud, filed Aug. 2.
Brian Roush, 23, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving on the wrong side of the road, a lane violation and careless driving, filed Aug. 11.
Jason Summerville, 34, of West Sunbury was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without taillights, driving without a valid license and inspection, and without required protective equipment for motorcycle drivers, filed June 22.
Kevin Weibel, 40, of Eau Claire waived to court two counts of receiving stolen property, filed Aug. 30.
SLIPPERY ROCK — District Judge Clifford Woessner recently heard these cases:Noah Muha, 32, First Avenue, Ellwood City, was held for court on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving on a sidewalk, failure to stop at a stop sign, and possession of a controlled substance, filed by Slippery Rock police Aug. 24.Gordan Lee Graham, 48, of Sechan Drive, Portersville, waived to court charges of DUI, speeding, careless driving and reckless driving filed by state police July 25.Ronald Lyle Fleeger, 54, of Sutton Lane, Butler, pleaded guilty to a simple assault charge filed by state police June 13. Fleeger was fined $2,000. Harassment and criminal mischief charges were dismissed.Kirk Hulings, 42, ofMaple Manor Ext., Slippery Rock, pleaded guilty to a simple assault charge filed by state police June 13.Hulings was fined $193.50.Crystal Norine Heist, 25, North Duffy Road, Butler, pleaded guilty to a drug paraphernalia charge filed by state police July 13. Heist was fined $553.Kevin Lamar Fleetwood, 26, of East 8th Street, Erie, pleaded guilty to false identification to police, driving without a license and speeding charges filed June 19 by state police. He was fined $752. Forgery and identity theft charges were withdrawn.Heather Lynne Peterson, 21, of Bailey Road, Cochranton, waived to court charges of forgery, tampering with records or ID, identity theft, falsification and speeding filed by state police July 26.Shannon Jean Kaib, of Old Route 422, Butler, waived to court a DUI charge filed by state police June 19.Paul Stephen Cypher Jr., 25, of Becker Road, Butler, waived to court a DUI charge filled by state police July 24.
CRANBERRYTWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Eugene Howard Caldwell Jr., 47, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged March 8 by the CranberryTownship police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and access device fraud.James J. Jackson, 36, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged July 10 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft.Jennifer Kristen Orosz, 21, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged July 26 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of combined alcohol and drugs.Justin Thomas Campbell, 27, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged June 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and reckless driving.Seth Murray, 20, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged July 26 by the Cranberry Township police with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.Michael Anthony Liner, 48, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged May 22 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving.Kimberly Kay Hill, 24, of Freedom waived her case to court. She was charged June 19 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.

He was charged July 31 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and disregard of traffic lane.Brett Baldelli, 24, of Ellwood City had his case held for court. He was charged Feb. 14 by the Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Bernard Joseph Cybach, 44, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 3 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.Daniel Christopher Vavro, 25, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 31 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol.Kari Lynn Rahenkamp, 27, of Sewickley waived her case to court. She was charged June 16 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Michael Newton, 24, of Ellwood City waived his case to court. He was charged Feb. 14 by the Zelienople police with theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, conspiracy to commit theft by unlawful taking and conspiracy to receive stolen property.Patrick O'Neil Girdwood, 42, of Gibsonia had his case held for court. He was charged July 5 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and failure to stop at a red signal.
