CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:

James Richard Gottron, 31, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged April 12 by the Cranberry Township police with manufacturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics and possession of a controlled substance.

Peter Michael Parisi, 27, of Freedom, Beaver County, had his case held to court. He was charged June 5 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to drive at safe speeds.

Jacob Zaiger, 20, of Cranberry Township had his case held to court. He was charged June 28 by the Cranberry Township police with selling/furnishing liquor to a minor, carrying false identification card, purchasing alcohol by a minor, public drunkenness, corruption of minors, providing false identification to law enforcement officers and disorderly conduct.

Shawn Andrew Green, 26, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 28 by the Cranberry Township police with resisting arrest, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

Amanda Mae Blasko, 19, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged Aug. 9 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failing to obey duties at a stop sign, operating a vehicle without insurance and use/possession of drug paraphernalia.

EVANS CITY —- District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Richard John Nolan Jr., 41, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged July 20 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, disregard of traffic lane and careless driving.Charles Norris Carter, 25, of Aliquippa, Beaver County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 4 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving an unregistered vehicle, speeding, careless driving and operating a vehicle without the proper inspection.Derek Allen Graf, 26 of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by the state police with burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Lee A. McKain, 29, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 8 by the Evans City police with manufacuturing/delivery/possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver narcotics, possession of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and speeding.Christopher Lee Heitzenrader, 30, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged June 17 by the state police with burglary, simple assault and harassment.David Dawson George, 32, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 1 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and disregard of traffic lane.Keith Kotchey, 44, of Allison Park, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 8 by the Lancaster Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Preston Ryan Bartmas, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 28 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding.Carmen Namie Jr., 19, of Mars had his case held to court. He was charged Aug. 28 by the Adams Township police with aggravated assault, simple assault, robbery, theft by unlawful taking, recklessly endangering another person, harassment and four counts of disorderly conduct.Stephen M. Rausch, 22, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged Aug. 2 by the state police with conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal trespass, theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal mischief and criminal solicitation

SLIPPERY ROCK — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Clifford Woessner:Noah Muha, 32, of Ellwood City was held to court on drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence, driving on sidewalk, stop sign and possession of a controlled substance charges filed by Slippery Rock Police Aug. 24.Gordan Lee Graham, 48, of Dechan Drive, Portersville, waived to court driving under the influence, speeding, careless and reckless driving charges filed by state police July 25.Ronald Lyle Fleeger, 54, of Sutton Lane, Butler, pleaded guilty to simple assault and was fined $2,008. Harassment and criminal mischief charges were dismissed. State police filed all charges June 13.Kirk Hulings, 42, of Maple Manor Extension, Slippery Rock, pleaded guilty to simple assault and was fined $193. State police filed the charge June 13.Crystal Norine Heist, 25, North Duffy Road, Butler, pleaded guilty to drug paraphernalia and was fined $553. State police filed the charge July 13.Kevin Lamar Fleetwood, 26, of Erie pleaded guilty to false identification to police, driving without a license and speeding and was fined $752. State police filed the charges June 19.

WORTH TOWNSHIP, Mercer Co. — These cases were recently heard by District Judge Lawrence Silvus:Michael Shawn Hiles, 36, of Carlton was fined $646 and ordered to pay $89 in restitution after he pleaded guilty to a simple assault charge filed July 22 by state police.Michael Paul Nevel, 31, of Mercer was held to court on driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children and traffic device charges, filed by Grove City Police June 28.Terra Ann Turner, 29, Union Street, Grove City, was fined $946 for a simple assault charge filed by state police Aug. 4.
