CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Cody R. Christy, 23, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of driving under the influence, failing to use turn signals, careless driving, a lighting violation, driving with an open container of alcohol and a seat belt violation, filed Feb. 25.

Dustin P. Geagan, 19, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of theft, receiving stolen property and disorderly conduct, filed Feb. 21.

Daryle E. Goas, 62, of West Sunbury waived to court charges of DUI, driving at an unsafe speed, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed Jan. 22.

Jeremy M. Jones, 31, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, driving without a license, driving with a suspended license, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed Feb. 21.

David F. Marchinoski, 31, of Butler waived to court two counts each of felony theft, misdemeanor theft and defiant trespass, and two license plate violations, filed March 24.

Marchinoski, in a separate case filed March 24, waived to court three counts each of forgery and felony theft, a charge of receiving stolen property and 10 counts of misdemeanor theft.

David R. Marshall, 46, of Hilliards, waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes, driving at an unsafe speed and careless driving, filed March 31.

Joseph P. Martin, 29, of East Butler waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed April 4.

Thomas L. Odom, 28, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Nov. 1.

Brandon D. Overbo, 24, of Fenelton waived to court charges of DUI, failing to keep right, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed March 6

Ryan J. Thompson, 20, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of possessing drug paraphernalia, speeding and a hazard light violation, filed March 10.

Karla R. Weirich, 60, of Butler waived to court a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle, filed Feb. 18.
