EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:

David Paul McDonald, 22, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 18 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Thomas William Dowd, 52, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged April 18 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and not using low beams.

Kean William Knerr, 25, of Rochester, Beaver County, had his case held to court. He was charged March 21 by the Zelienople police with driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, reckless driving, failing to drive at safe speeds and careless driving.

Justina Lyn Santiago, 22, of Cranberry Township had her case held to court. She was charged March 30 by the state police with making false reports to law enforcement and operating a vehicle without insurance.

CRANBERRY TWP — District Judge Kelley Streib recently heard these cases:Stephen Nikithser, 24, of Tarentum, Allegheny County, had his case held to court. He was charged March 14 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, failure to keep right and careless driving.Patrick M. Byrnes, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, not using low beams, no rear lights and disregard of traffic lane.Nicole L. Schmitt, 27, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. She was charged March 20 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft.Jason Camp, 19, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with loitering or prowling at nighttime, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance and purchasing alcohol by a minor.Keresa Marie Hodak, 21, of Valencia waived her case to court. She was charged April 9 by the state police with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.William David O'Neill, 43, of Pittsburgh waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged April 25 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft and conspiracy to commit retail theft. He was also charged April 30 by the Cranberry Township police with retail theft, possessing access device knowing counterfeit and receiving stolen property.Joseph H. Nour, 49, of Fombell, Beaver County, had his case held to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property, operating a vehicle without proper insurance and failure to stop and give information and/or render aid.Edward Francis Stehle, 50, of Sewickley, Allegheny County, waived his case to court. He was charged April 4 by the Cranberry Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, following too closely, careless driving and restrictions on alcoholic beverages.Jonathan Bennett, 35, of Cranberry Township waived his two separate cases to court. He was charged Dec. 22, 2006, by the Cranberry Township police with recklessly endangering another person, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and use of firearms restricted. He was also charged on March 7 by the Cranberry Township police with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
