BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases filed by township police:
Stephen Bell, 39, of Pittsburgh pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft filed Sept. 28. He was ordered to pay $328.50 in fines and court costs.
Joshua Burchett, 25, of Butler was held for court on charges of aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed Nov. 13.
Mary Ann Erkens, 49, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence and making an illegal turn, filed Oct. 30.
Jean Fleischer, 37, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft filed Aug. 15.
Kyle Fradenburgh, 52, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charges of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Oct. 30. He was ordered to pay $393.50 in fines and court costs.
Jaime Montgomery, 30, of Ellwood City waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and driving to fast for conditions, filed Oct. 26.
Micah Sproat, 25, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia filed Nov. 6. He was ordered to pay $393.50 in fines and court costs.
Paul Vidmar, 48, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, careless driving and a stop sign violation.
