CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Robert D. Allen, 23, of Eau Claire waived to court charges of driving under the influence by a minor, driving with a suspended license, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed July 22.

Kristen L. Herold, 39, of Butler was held for court on a charge of retail theft, filed June 17.

Kristin D. Hilliard, 30, of Butler waived to court a felony count of retail theft, filed June 16.

Alyson E. Johanson, 25, of Franklin, Venango County, waived to court charges of inducing a minor to buy alcohol, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and public drunkenness, filed June 19.

Christian N. Jordan, 18, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, driving under the influence by a minor, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 24.

Markella J. Liberto, 41, of Kittanning waived to court a charge of unsworn falsification to authorities, filed July 16.

Victoria A. Lutz, 22, of Chicora waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed July 15.
