Knights conquer Greensburg Salem, 46-41
With double-digit efforts by Nina Shaw (14 points) and Hattie McGraw (12), Knoch’s girls basketball team got by Greensburg Salem, 46-41, improving to 7-4 overall and 3-1 in WPIAL Section 1-4A.
The Knights will take on Valley on the road on Thursday.
North Catholic 74, Valley 27 — Tori Drevna registered an 11-point, 10-rebound double-double and Alayna Rocco added a game-high 19 points as the Trojanettes dispatched the Vikings.

Keystone 48, A-C Valley 40 — The Falcons possessed a halftime lead, but the hosts outscored them, 29-18, in the second half to take the win. Jay Clover got to 20 points for A-C Valley.

Swimming
The Slippery Rock High School swim team split a meet at home against Sharon, with the girls coming out on top, 120-49, and the boys bowing to the Tigers, 84-65.
Gracie Olshanski (50-yard freestyle, 100 freestyle), Mollie Massella (200 IM, 500 freestyle), Tessa Szymanski (100 butterfly), Natalie Double (100 backstroke), and Ann-Katherine Burns (100 breaststroke) all notched wins in individual events on the girls side.
For the Rockets’ boys, Cody Hartle (200 IM), Connor Wallace (50 freestyle, 100 freestyle), and Kevin Bowser (100 backstroke) placed first in events.
