SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:
Erin H. Bubash, 46, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed March 19 by Buffalo Township police. Bubash was ordered to pay $322.65 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Mary E. Buss, 47, of Tarentum waived to court a charge of theft, filed March 2 by Buffalo Township police.
Kevin Dixon, 22, of Pittsburgh waived to court charges of burglary, theft, harassment, stalking, criminal mischief, fleeing or attempting to elude police, reckless driving, unauthorized use of a vehicle, driving with a suspended license, and an open container violation, filed May 10 by Penn Township police.
Tonya L. Durand, 20, of Prospect pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Feb. 26 by Penn Township police. Durand was ordered to pay $300 in fines and court costs.
Nicholas Greco, 42, of Sarver waived to court charges of failure to file and/or pay wage taxes between 1988 and 1993, 1996, 1999, and between 2000 and 2003. The taxes owed to the Buffalo Township Tax Office totaled $4,450.72. Township officials filed the charges Jan. 11.
Scott E. Hartzell, 21, of Saxonburg pleaded guilty to a charge of harassment, filed Feb. 26 by Penn Township police. Hartzell was ordered to pay $300 in fines and court costs.
Norman Kemp III, 27, of Sarver pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed March 8 by state police. He was ordered to pay $440 in fines and court costs.
Jeffrey A. Luechtefeld, 32, of Saxonburg was held for court on charges of driving under the influence and a stop sign violation, filed in April by Saxonburg police.
Nicholas C. Skufca, 23, of Arnold, Westmoreland County, pleaded guilty to a charge of conspiracy to commit theft, filed March 8 by state police. He was ordered to pay $440 in fines and court costs.
