CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:

Nicholas Brahler, 27, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of driving under the influence, disregarding traffic lanes, driving too fast for conditions and careless driving, filed March 12.

Michael Churilla, 32, of Gibsonia waived to court three counts each of theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and receiving stolen property, filed Jan. 18.

John Dye, 60, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving without a license, careless driving and not using low beams or a seat belt, filed Jan. 17.

Curt L. Gaiser, 49, of Parker pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 12. He was ordered to pay $295 in fines and court costs.

Aleisha M. Grates, 26, of Templeton waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 4.

Kami Hirst, 29, of Kittanning waived to court charges of retail theft, conspiracy and possession of drug paraphernalia, filed April 4.

Daniel Neuburger, 32, of Saegertown, Crawford County waived to court charges of DUI, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and an open container violation, filed April 19.

Robert J. Richard II, 41, of Chicora was held for court on charges of DUI, failure to carry registration, driving without insurance, disregarding traffic lanes, careless driving and possession of a small amount of marijuana, filed Feb. 14.

Rainy Rose, 21, of Butler waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed Dec. 29.

Anthony D. Serafine, 20, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, underage drinking, disregarding traffic lanes, speeding, careless driving, minors prohibited from driving with alcohol in their system, and driving a vehicle without inspection, filed April 11.
