Sentence court

The following defendants were sentenced Thursday by Common Pleas Court Judge Kelley Streib:

Brittany Dawn Williams, 31, of Butler, was sentenced to serve a total of 12 to 36 months in state prison and pay fines totaling $1,100 after pleading guilty to felony charges of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy to possess a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance filed in separate cases by Butler City police following incidents on Jan. 13, 2022, and March 1, 2022, respectively.

Kevin Allen Vickinovac, 24, of Valencia, was sentenced to serve 36 moths of probation with the first 30 days in prison followed by five months of house arrest and the next six months on restorative sanctions, pay fines totaling $600, complete an anger management program and to not have contact with the victim or her family after pleading guilty to charges of endangering the welfare of a child and simple assault. Adams Township police filed the charges following a July 30, 2021, incident, in which he struck a 15-month-old girl he was babysitting. Restorative sanctions are fines or community service.

Gage John Keefe, 19, of Beaver Falls, Beaver County, was sentenced to serve six months of probation including 45 days of house arrest, pay a $750 fine and complete 100 hours of community service after pleading guilty to a charge of driving under the influence filed by Slippery Rock police following an April 3, 2022, incident.

Jacob Clair Fowler, 31, of Karns City, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay a $25 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by state police following a July 9, 2021, incident.

Deryk Lane Cook, 33, of Slippery Rock, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation, pay fines totaling $400 and complete eight hours of litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges of recklessly endangering another person and a charge of DUI filed by state police following separate incidents on July 17, 2022 and Aug. 14, 2021, respectively.

Ellie Marie Petralia, 46, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six months of probation and ordered not to buy or own a firearm after pleading guilty to a charge of statement under penalty filed by state police following a Sept. 20, 2020, incident.

Carl Alan McIlvaine, 26, of Rochester, Beaver County, was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve seven days of house arrest followed by six months of probation, pay fines totaling $1,100 and complete litter pickup after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and accidents involving damage filed by state police following a March 28, 2022, incident.

Adam Leon Blotzer, 39, of Zelienople, was sentenced to serve 12 months of probation and pay fines totaling $100 after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a controlled substance filed by Zelienople police following an Aug. 1, 2021, incident.

Shad Joseph Bailey, 44, of Butler, was sentenced to serve six to 12 months in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve six months of house arrest and pay a $2,500 fine after pleading guilty to a charge of driving with a suspended license filed by Butler Township police following a May 16, 2022, incident.

Michael Kevin Kelly, 58, of Butler, was sentenced to serve 11 months and 29 days to 23 months and 29 days in prison, but was immediately paroled to serve 12 months of house arrest followed by 36 months of probation, pay a $2,500 fine and complete eight hours of litter pick up after pleading guilty to his second DUI offense and a charge of simple assault filed by state police following separate incidents on Dec. 4, 2017 and May 24, 2019 respectively.

Abdul Kirk, 28, of Johnstown, Cambria County, was sentenced to serve nine months of probation, pay a $25 fine and to not have contact with the victim after pleading guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct filed by Butler City police following a Dec. 12, 2019, incident.

Jeffrey Richard Ford, 30, of Renfrew, was sentenced to serve 24 months of probation, pay fines totaling $700 and continue mental health treatment after pleading guilty to charges of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person and a charge of terroristic threats filed by state police following separate incidents on Jan. 22, 2020 and Dec. 29, 2019, respectively.

Danielle McWilliams, 48, of Saxonburg, was sentenced to serve a five months and 30 days to 23 months and 15 days in prison followed by 12 months of probation, pay $200 in fines and pay restitution of $2,700 to Walmart and $240 to Home Depot after pleading guilty to four counts of retail theft and four counts of conspiracy to commit retail theft filed by Cranberry Township police following a Nov. 20, 2021, incident. She was given credit for having served 179 days in prison.

Kimberlee Rae Carbone, 37, of New Castle, was sentenced to serve 18 months of probation including 14 days of house arrest, pay a $1,000 fine and complete 40 hours of community service after pleading guilty to charges of DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia filed by state police following a Jan. 31, 2022, incident.
