Michael P. Lyons, 48, of Pittsburgh, waived to court driving under the influence, careless driving, and intent to possess controlled substance charges filed by state police Aug. 14.

Joseph Lee Arblaster Jr., 32, of Grove City waived to court retail theft and criminal intent charges filed by Slippery Rock police Aug. 31.

William James Burns, 19, of New Castle waived to court a drug paraphernalia charge filed by state police Sept. 25. A marijuana possession charge was dismissed.

Terry Woodrow Stevenson, 57, of William Flinn Highway, Harrisville, waived to court a driving under the influence charge filed by Harrisville police Oct. 3.

George Steven Krenick Jr., 35, of Ellsworth was bound over on driving under suspension, turning lane and careless driving charges filed by state police Oct. 13.

Nicole Sallmen, 20, of New Castle, waived to court credit card and identity theft charges filed by Slippery Rock University police Oct. 23.

Matthew Thomas Demenik, 18, of Albion waived to court driving under the influence, careless driving, purchase alcohol by a minor and failure to keep right charges filed by Slippery Rock police Oct. 25.

Rameek Kabar Flowers, 20, Lewisburg waived to court driving under the influence, purchase of alcohol by a minor and careless driving charges filed by Slippery Rock Borough police Oct. 30.
