BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Jeffery M. Cromer, 19, of Butler pleaded guilty to charges of criminal mischief, harassment and underage drinking, filed May 22 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $485 in fines and court costs.
Justin Q. Fitzpatrick, 28, of Butler waived to court charges of violating the Pennsylvania controlled substance, drug, device and cosmetic act, speeding and driving with an obstructed windshield, filed April 9 by state police.
Patrick J. Hilliard, 38, of Butler was arrested for driving under the influence, and possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, filed May 10 by Butler Township police.
Chrissy A. Kendrick, 35, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed April 2 by Butler Township police.
Jeffrey J. McCullough, 39, of Graysville, Greene County, pleaded guilty to charges of disorderly conduct and a vehicle title violation, filed April 9 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $515 in fines and court costs.
John D. McCullough, 37, of Graysville, Greene County, pleaded guilty to charges of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of disorderly conduct, filed April 9 by Butler Township police. He was ordered to pay $1,043 in fines and court costs.
Matthew R. Melesh, 54, of Renfrew pleaded guilty to charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and public drunkenness, filed April 10 by state police. He was ordered to pay $495 in fines and court costs.
Charmaine A. Miller, 29, of Grove City waived to court charges of DUI and a lane violation, filed April 9 by Butler Township police.
Kimberly A. Oberg, 47, of Butler was held for court on charges of DUI, careless driving, and a lane violation, filed May 1 by state police.
David M. Pavkovich, 29, of Industry, Beaver County, waived to court charges of DUI and driving with a suspended license, filed May 10 by Butler Township police.
Donnie J. Tindall, 31, of New Castle waived to court charges of DUI and speeding, filed April 30 by Butler Township police.
EVANS CITY — District Judge Wayne Seibel recently heard these cases:Thomas Rinne, 55, of Zelienople waived his case to court. He was charged May 1 by the Jackson Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to keep right.Kameron M. Connor, 19, of Renfrew had his case held to court. He was charged April 30 by the state police with possession of marijuana, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance and failure to use safety belt system.Vipulkumar Babubhai Patel, 29, of Butler waived his case to court. He was charged April 10 by the Evans City police with driving under the influence of alcohol, violations concerning driver's license, disregard of traffic lane and driving with a suspended license.Harvest Abram Morrow, 25, of Portersville waived his case to court. He was charged April 2 by the state police with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.Lance Albert Moletz, 34, of Mars waived his case to court. He was charged April 11 by the Adams Township police with driving under the influence of alcohol, reckless driving and following too closely.
