Tuesday—Sara Fahad Ata Al-Anazi, 19, no known address, is accused of forging a reportedly stolen check and having a friend, listed as the payee, cash it for $150 at Butler Armco Credit Union in Pullman Square on April 20.Al-Anazi is charged with forgery, theft by unlawful taking and theft by deception. The friend was not charged since she was unaware of the criminal intent.

5:16 p.m. Wednesday — A car driven by Saxon L. Parker, 18, of Karns City struck an embankment and rolled onto its roof on Route 68 in Bradys Bend Township, Armstrong County. Police said Parker, who suffered a minor injury, was cited for driving too fast for conditions.Wednesday — Money and checks were stolen between Saturday and Wednesday from a vehicle's glove box at a West Slippery Rock Street home in Chicora.6 a.m. Tuesday — Travis Jon Bodine, 22, of Butler is accused of stealing 10 prescription painkillers from a room at Michael's Restaurant and Hotel on Route 422 in Franklin Township. Bodine faces a charge of theft.Tuesday — Unspecified items valued at more than $1,200 were stolen between 10:30 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. in a burglary at an Overbrook Road home in Middlesex Township.The break-in apparently was the second burglary at the same house in 10 days. Police said someone between 11 a.m. May 16 and Tuesday broke into the house and took prescription drugs and a bank card.Tuesday — Someone threw rocks through three garage windows at Gilliland's Auto Body on Three Degree Road in Forward Township. The vandalism occurred between 5 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. Tuesday.

Tuesday — The state Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement cited the Ginger Hill Tavern on South Main Street in Slippery Rock for a loudspeaker violation on March 28.
