BUTLER TWP — District Judge Kevin O'Donnell recently heard these cases:
Joyce M. Anderson, 41, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of trespass, filed April 15 by township police. Anderson was ordered to pay $259.50 in fines and court costs.
Michelle L. Ball, 31, of Butler was held for court on two counts each of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, and a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed June 4 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Eric T. Davis waived to court charges of driving under the influence, diving at an unsafe speed, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 3 by township police.
Ashli Dove, 20, of Butler waived to court two counts each of retail theft, conspiracy to commit retail theft and defiant trespass, and charges of attempted retail theft and receiving stolen property, filed May 16 by township police.
Jessica L. Holley, 27, of Butler waived to court two counts each of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, and a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed May 29 by the Butler County Drug Task Force.
Scott A. Locke, 43, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of retail theft, filed April 11 by township police. Locke was ordered to pay $798.65 in restitution, fines and court costs.
Emanuel E. Moore Jr., 32, of Farrell, Mercer County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, reckless driving, careless driving and disregarding traffic lanes, filed April 2 by township police.
Joseph A. Rock, 29, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possessing with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension or prosecution and possessing an instrument of crime, and two counts of child endangerment, filed April 21 by township police.
Maria J. Rock, 23, of Lyndora waived to court charges of possessing with intent to manufacture a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and possessing an instrument of crime, and two counts of child endangerment, filed April 21 by township police.
Angela L. Schlagel, 37, of Lyndora waived to court charges of theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property and theft by deception, filed May 14 by township police.
