Andrew Maddalon scored 28 points and Max Hurray added 20 for North Catholic, but the Trojans dropped a 78-69 boys basketball decision to Archbishop Wood over the weekend.

Archbishop Wood was runner-up in PIAA Class 6A last season.

Hurray had four treys for North Catholic. Josh Reed led Archbishop Wood for 18 points.

Maddalon scored 18 points to lead the Trojans.
