In regards to both posts on this crash...the family of Rowdy Conley, the man killed, are asking the same questions. In my opinion he is a murderer and PennDOT gave him the weapon when they reinstated his license, and it was reloaded 15 times when he was taken off the road during the 15 prior citations. From the reports we are hearing from the hospital concerning Mr. Cusick this driver should be charged with two counts of vehicular homicide. Mr. Cartwright is as guilty as a drunk driver in this murder, he choose to drive knowing he was incapable of the responsible handling of it. Because he is uncaring and irresponsible my family had to bury a SON, BROTHER, HUSBAND,FATHER, GRANDFATHER, UNCLE and LOVING FRIEND. If Mr. Cartwright gets away with this AGAIN Pennsylvania should be ashamed of themselves!

On a less bitter note, I would like to thank the EMTs/officiers ect that helped at the crash. And also ask for your thoughts and prayers for John Cusick and Matt Montgomery, God willing their children can have a father at home again soon. I would also like to thank the 100+ bikers that attended Rowdy's funeral service and escorted him to his gravesite yesterday.
