Butler High School’s all-school play will be “Appointment with Death” by Agatha Christie being staged at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday in the senior high auditorium.

In this classic Christie tale first produced at London’s Piccadilly Theatre in 1945, one member of a lively group of travelers at Jerusalem’s King Solomon Hotel has an appointment with death.

The cast, in order of appearance, includes:

Jacob Bellis as Lennox Boynton, Amy Achenbach as Nadine Boynton, Rachel Swain as Mrs. Boynton, Carly Ratica as Ginevra Boynton, Brandon Fisher as the hotel clerk,

Samantha Barnhart as the Italian tourist, Andrew Stock as Alderman Higgs, Katie Parker and Javen Evans as tourists, Corey Lyon as the hotel porter, Erin Ritsin as Lady Westholme,

Bonnie Klopfer as Miss Pryce, Austin Uram as Dr. Gerard, Emily Donato as Dr. Sarah King, Grant Clark as Jefferson Cope, Nolan Fox as Raymond Boynton, Tyler Goehring as Dragoman “Jafar,”

Javen Evans as Bedouin boy Abdulla and Matt Vavro as Colonel Carbery.

The director is Naomi Kosek. Technical director is Dale VanLaningham, with technical assistants Robert Harrison, Alex Barnhart and David Smith.

Student stage manager is Shannon Green.
