Hope Night features 'Washboard' Tony

“Washboard” Tony Frochio of Connoquenessing will return to the Butler Art Center, 344 S Main St., for a second “Hope Night.”

The longtime professional drummer and singer/songwriter will be on the bill during the free event from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.

He will be joined by Pittsburgh radio personality Shelly Duffy and a comedian. The event will also feature music, children’s activities and food.

The first “Hope Night was put together by the Butler County Community College’s Hope is Dope initiative, which seeks to battle the stigma of opioid addiction.
