Today — Police reported Tiffany M. Evans, 19, of Butler admitted using a city woman's bank card without the card holder's permission to withdraw about $1,120 at automated teller machines between Aug. 20 and Oct. 29.Evans faces charges of access device fraud.Today — Daniel Ehrman, 45, of Butler allegedly failed to return an acetylene tank and gas he rented in 2006 from a city business. Ehrman made his last payment to Greco Gas & Welding Supplies in March 2010, but has not paid for the equipment since.The business has sent letters to Ehrman asking him to return the property, but he has not responded. Ehrman faces charges of theft of leased property and receiving stolen property.Wednesday — Police obtained an arrest warrant for Dyonte M. Flynn, 21, of Butler on charges he threatened to kill a city man. The alleged victim, William Kennihan, previously had given information to police in connection with their investigation of Flynn in an undisclosed matter.Kennihan on Wednesday showed up at the police station and reported that the defendant confronted him when he returned to his home that day.Flynn told Kennihan “that he was going to shoot up (the victim's) residence and kill Kennihan,” a police affidavit said. Flynn also allegedly threatened Kennihan's girlfriend.Police charged Flynn with terroristic threats, intimidation of a witness, simple assault and defiant trespass.4:05 a.m. Sunday — Police arrested Billie Jo Bowers, 44, of Butler after she was caught with a loaded pistol in her purse in a car at a store parking lot on West Jefferson Street. Police confronted Bowers after they spotted her allegedly acting suspiciously in a car.Bowers, whose criminal record includes “numerous felonies,” according to a police affidavit, also had a suspected crack pipe.She was arraigned on charges of felons prohibited from possessing firearms, carrying a firearm without a permit and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed in the Butler County Prison on $7,500 bail following arraignment.

6:36 p.m. Wednesday — A vehicle driven by Susan Bergbigler, 46, of Fenelton rear-ended another vehicle at the Route 422 off-ramp and Route 8. Michael Sosigian, 58, of West Sunbury was the other driver.
