Butler Art Center, 344 S. Main St., will have more than 100 portraits of veterans, first responders and medical personnel on display from Nov. 9 through Nov. 18.

A reception will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Nov. 11 at the center to honor the people who sat for portraits.

The Symphony Brass Quintet will play for the occasion. Light refreshments will be available. The event is free and open to the public.
