Jaxon Salata scored a hat trick as the Butler Middle School hockey team won its third straight game recently, defeating North Catholic 7-3.
Jack Johnson added two goals, Carson Bish and Owen Denny one each. Salata and Jacob Neff had two assists each.
EJ Delaney made 12 saves to get the win in goal.
Butler takes on Neshannock at 7:10 p.m. Jan. 17 at the Frozen Pond.
