These items have been collected from various police departments:

9:04 p.m. Wednesday — A vehicle driven by Ashley Herndon, 18, of Slippery Rock hit the center barrier on Route 422. She was cited for a learner's permit violation and for not driving at a safe speed.5:01 p.m. Tuesday — A vehicle driven by Jonathan Bach, 26, of Butler and a vehicle driven by Walter Rock, 62, of Mercer collided on Meridian Road. Both drivers were taken by ambulance to Butler Memorial Hospital for treatment of unspecified injuries.

5:49 a.m. Thursday — A car driven by Todd Schwartzberg, 35, of Youngstown repeatedly hit the guardrail along Interstate 79 in Lancaster Township before stopping. He was cited for not driving at a safe speed.12:47 p.m. Wednesday — Malinda Schlemmer, 27, of Slippery Rock was charged with retail theft after she returned a king-size comforter that wasn't paid for to get a gift card at the Boscov's store in the Clearview Mall.

9:40 p.m. Wednesday — A pickup driven by John Myers, 48, of Parker hit an embankment along Doc Walker Road in Perry Township and rolled over 360 degrees. His passenger, William Kelly, 23, also of Parker, was taken by Emlenton Ambulance to Clarion Hospital for treatment of moderate injuries. The driver received minor injures.

1 p.m. Monday — A car driven by John Myers, 25, of Mercer hit a tree along an ice-covered Butler Pike in Springfield Township.

3:30 p.m. Wednesday — Richard Tomak of Ellwood City reported a metal briefcase containing drum accessories was taken after it fell from the back of his vehicle while traveling through the intersection of Route 488 and Mercer Road in Perry Township.
